PIM Corporation was formed in 1983 to exploit a rapidly growing trenchless technology market in the United States and Canada. As a licensee of British Gas for its patented pipe bursting technology, PIM embarked on a mission to introduce insitu-pipe replacement in North America. For the last 16 years PIM Corporation has worked diligently developing it's trenchless systems and trenchless pipe replacement and rehabilitation services. During that time PIM Corporation has developed a professional staff of engineers and technicians with a diverse background in all forms of trenchless technology.

In December 1993 PIM Corporation's management decided to diversify PIM's service business and acquire additional products to satisfy the various needs of our customers. Since that time PIM has acquired other technologies and services.

In April 1994 PIM Corporation acquired the exclusive United States rights for ConSPLIT, a steel pipe splitting system, developed by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. Later in 1994 PIM acquired a regional license for the Raven Lining System, a 100% solids, ultra-high build, structural epoxy lining system engineered to rehabilitate above and below ground structures, such as tunnels, vaults man entry pipelines and tanks. By the end of 1996, PIM had also acquired the license rights for a pipeline rehabilitation system named "Rolldown". This tight fit polyethylene lining system is the ideal solution for the rehabilitation of larger diameter pressure pipelines.

In the spring of 1997 PIM Corporation acquired a license and demonstrated a new system called "Subline". This innovative trenchless technology was developed to rehabilitate larger pipelines, 12" to 60" in diameter, utilizing a thinner walled polyethylene pipe, field deformed and then reformed after installation into an existing cast iron, steel or other pressure host pipeline forming a composite pipe with a smooth tight fitting liner.

As we enter into the new millennium PIM Corporation is committed to growing it's trenchless service business along with the rapidly developing No-Dig market. PIM's past, present and future acquisitions show that our corporate strategy is to remain a leader in the trenchless technology field.
